HoloBuilder's new export options
allow you to easily export the selected content
via one button in the upper right corner of the Web Editor.
This tutorial gives you insights about how to use the following export options:
How to use the Export options
Note:
The Markup list export still works the same.
Screenshot
Take a screenshot of the photo that is currently shown in the Web Editor.
Click on Export in the upper right corner of the Web Editor.
Choose Screenshot.
A dialogue will open where you are able to choose the elements you want to include in the screenshot.
Just click on "on" or "off" if you want to include or exclude:Markups
Measurements
Name or Date of the Scene
Once completed click on DOWNLOAD to get the customized screenshot downloaded to your files.
360° Photo
Download the current 360° photo as a flat 360° photo.
Click on Export in the upper right corner of the Web Editor.
Choose 360° Photo.
The current 360° photo will be downloaded as a flat 360° photo to your files.
Sheet
Export an interactive PDF of the current sheet.
Click on Export in the upper right corner of the Web Editor.
Choose Sheet.
The current sheet map of your project will be exported as an interactive PDF with Waypoints integrated.
Open the downloaded interactive PDF.
On the left you will see the
Project Name
Current Sheet
Waypoint count on the current sheet
Project start date
The exact export date and time is displayed in the bottom left corner
Click on a Waypoint to view the location in the HoloBuilder Web Viewer.
PDF Report
Generate a progress report of selected photos.
Click on Export in the upper right corner of the Web Editor.
Choose PDF Report.
The data for the PDF report will be quickly downloaded.
Once finished, a dialogue opens to create the report.
Select the images you would like to include in the report.
Include TimeTravels in a chosen timeframe.
Include images from chosen categories.
Select the included images in the list on the right side.
The number of selected images is displayed in the bottom left corner.
Click on NEXT to continue creating the report.
Another dialogue will open.
Please set checkmarks to choose the content of the report:
On the left select the information that will be added.
On the right choose the 360° images depiction.
Click on CREATE to download the customized PDF report to your files.
Open the PDF to check the included data.
The sheet is also interactive - click on the Waypoint to view the location in the HoloBuilder Web Viewer.
