When you create a Sphere XG account, you also create a workspace, see Create Sphere XG Account and Sign in.

Depending on your role, you can invite members to this workspace, see How to invite collaborators to your Sphere XG Dashboard and Overview of Roles and Permissions on the Workspace and Project Level in Sphere XG.
