How to Assign and Change Workspace Roles
Who Can Assign and/or Change Workspace Roles?
On a project level:
Users with project roles cannot assign and change workspace roles.
On a workspace level:
Workspace Admin
Group Manager
Project Manager

There are the following options for assigning project roles:
Invite a member to a project.
