In Sphere XG, there are workspace roles and project roles.
General Purpose of Workspace Roles and Project Roles
Note: 'Workspace Roles' are 'Company Roles' in HoloBuilder.
A workspace role is a list of general permissions within a workspace.
A project role is a list of permissions for a particular project.
This means that a project role only applies to the named project, not to all projects.
Depending on the role, users have different permissions regarding:
Workspace management
Project management
User management
This also means that roles determine what you can see and do in the Sphere XG Dashboard.

In Sphere XG you can assign roles only to users, not to groups.
