When you open FARO Sphere XG, you must enter your Sphere XG sign-in credentials or sign-in via single sign-on.
If you are using Sphere XG for the first time, there are two options:
You were invited to a workspace.
You requested a free Sphere XG trial.
You Were Invited to a Workspace
Click the link in the invitation email.
Sign-in with Password
Click Sign-up with a password.
Enter your name, last name and a password.
The email address is filled in automatically.Click Get Started to create your Sphere XG account.
You will be sent an email in which you are asked to verify your email address.In your email program, open the email and click link Verify email address.
You are redirected to a website that tells you that your email has been confirmed.
Subscribing to the newsletter is optional.
Single Sign-on (SSO)
You can also sign in via single sign-on to activate your account. Note however, that the providers differ depending on the server location.

To sign-in to Sphere XG with an SSO provider:
Click the provider you want.
Sign in with the SSO provider's credentials.
You Requested a Sphere XG Trial
Fill in the following form and click Get a Trial.
You will be sent an invitation email.
Click link Start Free Trial in the email.
Sign into Sphere XG
You can now sign in and start working with Sphere XG using your Sphere XG or the SSO provider’s credentials.
If you have multiple workspaces, you will be prompted to choose the workspace you want to work in. You can change the workspace later in the Sphere XG Dashboard.
Select the workspace you want to access.
You are redirected to the Sphere XG Dashboard.
Sign-in for Users with Sphere Legacy, WebShare or HoloBuilder Accounts
If you were previously using a Sphere Legacy or WebShare account, you can continue using these user credentials. FARO will eventually reach out and help you with transitioning your user account to Sphere XG.
If you are a HoloBuilder user, you can continue to use your current HoloBuilder account.
