Navigate Point Clouds and 3D Models with Keyboard and Mouse

You can use the so-called gaming keys in the 3D view, the walk mode view and in the 3D model.

All direction indications are described from your perspective, i.e. turns to the right means your right side.


Keyboard

w: Pans forward.

a: Pans to the left side.

s: Pans backward.

d: Pans to the right side.

q: Pans down.

e: Pans up.

Arrow up: Turns up.

Arrow down: Turns down.

Arrow left: Turns to the right.

Arrow right: Turns to the left.

Mouse Keys

Turn: Keep the left mouse key pressed and move it from left to right, up and down.

Pan: Keep the right mouse key pressed and move it from left to right, up and down.

Zoom in/out: Scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

Note: Turning and zooming in/out with the mouse keys also works in the walk mode view.
