HoloBuilder offers you two different analytics options:
Premium Analytics - paid add-on (see below):
The Premium Analytics feature offers advanced insights which allow your technology and operations leadership to benchmark HoloBuilder projects, users, and usage companywide. This add-on contains more detailed analytics than the basic Company Analytics overview.
Basic Company Analytics - included:
The Basic Company Analytics feature is pre-included on every HoloBuilder Enterprise Dashboard. The general statistics displayed are including the data from all active and archived projects in your company. All numbers are also shown as bar diagrams for better visualization.
Note:
The Premium Analytics feature is part of a paid add-on, please request the feature on our Add-On Store on your dashboard's Settings section.

Accessing the Premium Analytics insights
The Premium Analytics can be accessed under the Analytics section on the Enterprise Dashboard.
The Premium Analytics can be found in the 'Insights' section of your dashboard.
Log in to the company dashboard.
Click on the 'Analytics' tab in the 'Insights' section.
The 'Overview' with the basic graph of your dashboard performance shows up.
Find the three buttons 'Groups', 'Projects' and 'Users' in the upper right corner of the basic dashboard 'Overview'.
Working with the spreadsheets and graphs
When working with the data in Premium Analytics, there are different options to interact with it and get deeper insights:
Searching & Filtering
Searching by an item: Use a search bar to look up a specific item or a group of items that relate to the search term.
Filter by an item: Use a filter bar to select one or multiple items to adjust the data selection in the spreadsheet as well as the graphs.
Table Option
Isolate group-specific information:
Click on a cell in the spreadsheet to show the information only for this list entry in the graphs.
Sort the data by ascending/descending numbers:
Click in a column heading to sort the table ascending or descending for the values of the selected asset. The little arrow indicates whether it is currently sorted ascending or descending.
Graph Options
Highlight information:
Click on a bar of a graph to highlight this information. The spreadsheet will show the related information.
Go up & down in the hierarchy on the timeline:
Use the extra options in the upper right corner of the graph to drill down and up on the timeline of the graph, e.g. from annual to monthly view.
View a graph in fullscreen: Use the extra options on the graph to open the selected graph in a larger view to see more details.
General Options
You can click on the "more options" button in different places on this page to :
Download a data set:
Use the extra option "Export data" on the menu with the 3 dots on the sheet or graph to download the view as a CSV or Excel file.
Show the selected data in a close-up view
Use the extra option "Show as a table" on the menu with the 3 dots on the sheet or graph to switch to a larger view of the graph with a table - see screenshot above.
Show the selected data in a highlighted view
Use the extra option "Spotlight" on the menu with the 3 dots on the sheet or graph to focus the view on the selected graph or table - see screenshot above.
Insights of the Premium Analytics
The Premium Analytics are presented in 3 categories: Groups, Project, and Users.
The Premium Analytics include detailed reporting on:
1- Groups Analytics:
The Groups analytics allows you to see which 'Group' set up on your HoloBuilder dashboard, be it a region or a division, leverages HoloBuilder the most. It is ideal for internal billing and adoption tracking across this section of your dashboard.
Data
The Groups tab lists all the Groups by Name on your Enterprise Dashboard as well as the following information per Group:
Date Last project created
Latest saving of a project
Total number of projects
Total number of sheets across all projects in the group
Total number of 360 images across all projects in the group
It is also possible to use the search bar to find a particular group.
Graphs
Additional graphs with data on 'Projects Saved', 'Number of 360 Images uploaded' and 'Number of Sheets uploaded' for all groups illustrate the development over time.
2- Project Analytics
Compare your Projects under several criteria to get deeper insights on Project Adoption. See for instance which project is capturing a lot and which project needs onboarding help.
Data
The Projects tab lists all the Projects on the Dashboard and provides the following details for each project:
Group where the project is created
Client
Address
Status
Number of SQFT
Number of Sheets
Number of 360 Images
Date of Project creation
Date of Last Save
Number of 360 images per 100o SQFT in the last 30 days
You can also search for a particular project by name, client, or address in the search bar
Graphs
Check out additional graphs with data on the number of 'Projects Saved', 'Collaborators ' ' Sheets added' and 'Number of 360 images added ' for all Projects in time.
Don't forget to click on the more options button next to each graph (three dots) for further actions as explained above in this article.
3 - User Analytics
See the number of captures per user, who has access to a given project as well as trends in invitations to track adoption, and much more.
Data
The Users tab lists all the users on the Dashboard and provides the following information per user:
Email address
Company role
Highest project role
Date of sign up
Date of last project save
Number of uploaded sheets
Number of uploaded 360 photos
It is also possible to search for a particular user by using the following categories: Name, and Email address as well as filter by any of the available Company Roles, and Sign up status.
Graphs
Check out additional graphs with data on the number of 'Users signed up', and of 'Active Users' for all Projects over time.
