Remove Members and Projects from a Group and Delete Group

If you no longer need a group, you can delete it to keep your Dashboard tidy and organized.

  1. Select the group you want to delete.

  2. Assign all active projects to other groups, see Change the Project Management.

  3. Unarchive all archived projects of the group and also assign them to other groups.

  4. Remove all users and teams from the group by marking the corresponding checkboxes and then clicking Remove Members.

Make sure the Group Manager is the last member you delete.

The removed members are only removed from the group, i.e. their accounts are not deleted. But if the removed members do not have access to any other group, they can no longer work on projects in . Make sure to assign these members to other groups.
