How to delete a project from your Workspace in Sphere XG

Learn how to remove a project permanently from your Sphere XG dashboard.

If you want to remove one or multiple projects permanently from your account you can do so in the Company Dashboard

Please note that only archived projects can be deleted from your account.

Removing projects in the Dashboard

Only selective roles have the permission on deleting existing projects from a company dashboard:

  • Enterprise Admin

  • Group Manager (only projects related to him)

Delete One or More Projects

Note that you must archive a project before you can delete it.

NOTE: Once a project is deleted, you cannot recover any data. If you might need the project again in the future, leave it in the Archive, see Archive and Unarchive One or More Projects.

To delete one project:

  1. Click the task panel entry Projects.

  2. Click the tile of the project you want to delete.

  3. Click the icon icon in the upper right side of the screen.

  4. Confirm that you want to delete the project.

To delete more than one project:

  1. Click the task panel entry Projects.

  2. Click icon to open the list view.

  3. Select the project(s) you want to delete.
    Or mark the Select all checkbox at the top of the list to select all projects.

  4. Click Delete on the upper right side of the screen.

  5. Confirm that you want to delete the project(s).
