Projects can be active or archived. Active projects are the projects which you and your colleagues can work on. Archived projects are read-only and cannot be modified unless they are unarchived, i.e. moved back to tab Active.

There are the following ways to move one or more projects to the archive, i.e. move them from Projects page tab Active to tab Archived. You can undo this procedure.

Note that you must archive a project before you can delete it.

Please note that only selective roles have permission to archive existing projects from a Company Dashboard:

  • Enterprise Admin

  • Group Manager (only projects related to him)

  • Project Manager (only projects related to him)

To archive one project:

  1. Click the task panel entry Projects.

  2. Click the tile of the project you want to archive.

  3. Click icon in the upper right side of the screen.

  4. Confirm that you want to archive the project.

To archive more than one project:

  1. Click the task panel entry Projects.

  2. Click icon to open the list view.

  3. Select the project(s) you want to archive.
Or mark the Select all checkbox at the top of the list to select all projects.

  4. Click Archive on the upper right side of the screen.

  5. Confirm that you want to archive the project(s).

Unarchive one or more projects:

Only Workspace Admins and Group Managers can unarchive projects.

The procedure is similar to the procedures described above.

Differences:

  • You must go to tab Archived to move projects back the tab Active.

  • In the tile view, you must click the Unarchive icon .

  • In the list view, you must click Unarchive.
