Learn how you can delete one or more projects

Once a project is deleted, you cannot recover any data. If you might need the project again in the future, leave it in the Archive, see Archive and Unarchive One or More Projects.

Once a project is deleted, you cannot recover any data. If you might need the project again in the future, leave it in the Archive, see Archive and Unarchive One or More Projects.

Note that you must archive a project before you can delete it.

To delete one project:

  1. Click the task panel entry Projects and go to the Archived tab.

  2. Click the tile of the project you want to delete.

  3. Click icon in the upper right side of the screen.

  4. Confirm that you want to delete the project.

To delete more than one project:

  1. Click the task panel entry Projects and go to the Archived tab.

  2. Click icon to open the list view.

  3. Select the project(s) you want to delete.
    Or mark the checkbox at the top of the list to select all projects.

  4. Click Delete on the upper right side of the screen.

  5. Confirm that you want to delete the project(s).
