Projects can be marked as private or as shareable via link.
Private: Only users who are signed in and were invited to the project or have admin permissions in the workspace can see private projects.
Via link: Anyone who has the link can see projects which are shareable via link. No Sphere XG account is required to view the project. Make sure you do not use this access level for projects that contain confidential information.
You can set the access level on the Overview tab of the Projects page.
Click the task panel entry Projects.
Click the project for which you want to change the access level.
Open the dropdown Access Level and select either Private or Via link.
To share a project, select it in the tile view or list view and click the
icon.
