NOTE: This feature is subject to further development.
All project annotations are listed in the annotations side bar. This annotations view is useful if your project has many annotations and it is difficult to find a specific annotation.
On the left side of the screen, click Annotations.
Allows searching for an annotation name. The list of annotations is adapted while you are typing.
Filters: Clicking this button opens a row with filter buttons. You can filter according to the user who created the annotation, assigned tags, status and the due date. You can define these parameters when you create or edit an annotation. The number of active filters is displayed on the filter button, for example for one active filter. In addition, the filter icon is marked with a red dot .
Sort by: Opens a list of criteria by which you can sort the list of annotations.
Annotation name
Go to annotation: Clicking icon goes to the position of the annotation in the view in which it was created.
Opens a context menu from which you can select the menu entries Edit, Share and Delete, see Work with Annotations in the Sphere XG Viewer for more information.
Status: If a status is assigned, this status is shown here.
Tags: Shows the number of tags assigned to the annotation. Clicking the number opens a popup with the tag names.
Attachments: If the annotation has attached files, the paper clip is shown with the number of attached files.
