Single Sign-On (SSO) allows your team to access Sphere XG using your company's existing login credentials, enhancing security while simplifying the user experience.
Who Can Use SSO
SSO is available exclusively for Sphere XG Enterprise subscription customers.
SSO Options
Sphere XG offers two SSO approaches to match your security and collaboration needs. With both options, users must still be explicitly invited to your workspace before they can log in with SSO.
Domain SSO: Balances security with flexibility. Users with your company email authenticate through your system, while external collaborators can use other methods.
Workspace SSO: Best for high-security environments. All workspace members are required to authenticate through your identity provider.

How SSO Works for Users
When SSO is activated, the login process changes:
Users enter their email at the Sphere XG login screen
They're automatically redirected to your company's login page
After authenticating, they gain access to their Sphere XG workspaces
Existing users will be migrated to the new login method
