The Subscription page gives you an overview of your current subscription plan and lets you view and manage tokens, the Sphere XG currency you can use to buy cloud-based services. You need the Workspace Admin role to view this page and access the tokens management.
NOTICE: Unused tokens expire automatically after 12 months without refund! Make sure to use your tokens before they expire. The Subscription page will show a warning when the expiry date is approaching.
1. Click the task panel entry Settings to open this page.
2. Then click the Subscription tab.
Current Plan
To update your current subscription plan, click the Upgrade plan or request a quote link, leading to the Pricing website.
Usage Metrics
Subscription plans may have limited storage capacity and a limited number of active users. This section shows the used storage and the number of active users as well as the limits of your current subscription plan.
Tokens
To purchase tokens, click the Add tokens button, select a tokens package in the Add tokens form and click Get Quote.
You will get a quote from the FARO Sales team.
View Transactions and Purchases
To view all tokens transactions, click the View transactions link.
To view all tokens purchases, click the View purchases link.
You can change between transactions and purchases by clicking the tabs on the upper right side of the form.
By clicking the 
icon, you export the current list in .csv format.
