Change Public Profile, Sign-in Credentials and Cookie Preferences

Define your personal settings on the Sphere XG Dashboard

You can change these settings in the Sphere XG Dashboard.

  1. Click the user icon on the top right side.
    By default, the user icon is a circle with your user initials. You find information on changing the user settings below.

  2. Select the menu entry Account & Security.

OR

  1. Click your user icon on any page that lists users, for example pages Members and Groups or the Team tab on the Projects page.

  2. Click Profile and then click the Account & Security tab.

Public Profile

You can edit the entries below. Your workspace role is only displayed, and you cannot edit it here.

To change your profile picture:

  1. Click the Add button.

2. Drag your image onto the form or click to select a picture from your file system.

3. Then, close the form.

To change your first and last name:

  1. Hover the mouse pointer of the entry.

  2. Click the icon.

  3. Change your name and confirm the change.

Log In

To change your email address:

  1. Hover the mouse pointer of the entry.

  2. Click the icon.

  3. Change your email address and confirm the change.

To change your password:

  1. Click the Change button.

2. Enter your current password.

3. Enter the new password twice.

4. Click Change Password.

Forgot your Password?

  1. Click link Forgot password?.
    Form Password will be displayed.

  2. Click the Reset Password button.
    An email with a reset link will be sent to your email address.

Note that you must sign out of Sphere XG after requesting the reset link.

Cookie preferences

  1. Click the Edit Cookies button.

  2. Click the Accept all and Continue button.

2. Click link Advanced Settings and define your preferences.

3. Click the Close button.
